Vodafone Fiji 7s team pool opponent, Australia has made some changes ahead of this weekend’s Paris 7s.
Tom Lucas misses out after being ruled out with a knee injury while experienced forward Ed Jenkins will also miss out as he is set to undergo shoulder surgery.
Coach Andy Friend says the loss of Lucas and Jenkins is difficult as they are two very experienced players.
The side will also have Henry Hutchison, James Stannard and Liam McNamara.
Fiji will play Samoa in their first pool game of the Paris 7s at 8pm this Saturday.
Our second pool game is against Russia at 11.26pm Saturday and our final pool match is against Australia at 3.14am next Sunday.
The medal quarter finals will start at 8.28pm next Sunday, the medal semifinals will be played at 12.18am Monday while the medal final will be played at 3.33am Monday.
