Army welcome back Domolailai for Super 7s Series

The Army 7s side has been boosted by the return of Olympic gold medalist Apisai Domolailai for the upcoming Fun Flavor Super 7s Series as the former star aims to don the national jumper again.

Domolailai was part of the team that won gold at the 2016 Rio Olympics.

The 32 year will provide much needed experience to the Army side who will be without Meli Derenalagi and Alasio Naduva this season.

Army will also have the services of former Fiji 7s player, Inia Tawala, former Kaiviti Silktail Ropate Tobe and Eparama Senikuruciri.

Army 7s Team Manager, Inia Ledua says they will continue where they left off in the previous 7s Series and aim to improve in this upcoming tournament.

The first leg of the Fun Flavor Super 7s Series will be held at Lawaqa Park from Thursday to Saturday.
