Ardie Savea has signed a new two‑year deal with New Zealand Rugby and the Hurricanes.
The 22‑year‑old made his All Blacks debut against Wales this year after withdrawing from the New Zealand sevens team for the Rio Olympics and said it was an easy decision to put pen to paper on a new deal.
Savea says Wellington is his home and he feels very lucky to have the opportunity to continue his career close to family and friends.
