Sixty-eight teams will be vying for glory in this weekend's Flame Tree Waimanu 7s.

Tournament Director Alipate Navuso says fans can expect two-days of intense sevens action as 68 teams will feature in men's and U21 category.

Navuso says the tournament continues to grow each year, bringing together established clubs and exciting grassroots sides that are pushing to make their mark.

He highlighted that the men's division will have seven pools while the U21 category will have three pools.

Prominent teams that will compete in the men's division include Covenant Brothers, Bureta Brothers, Waimanu Gold and Green, Vuna Brothers, Nakalawaca Boys and Red Diamond.

The Flametree Waimanu 7s will be held today and tomorrow at the HFC Bank Stadium.
