The Stop Cyber Bullying Police Blues has retained the Escott Shield after defeating Freshet Navy 13 -11 in the final.

Co-Captain for Police, James Brown says it was a tough game today and he thanked the boys for their effort in results they defeated Navy.

Brown also thanked the Navy team for the good game.

Meanwhile, Police manager Livai Totibau says that despite all the challenges they have experienced throughout the season, today they came out with victory and he thanked the boys for their hard work.

Totibau has also thanked the Commissioner of Police for releasing the players to attend camp for a week in preparation for today’s game.

Navy lead Police 8-5 half-time.

Sebastian Rabuku and Author Snow scored a try each for the Police while Tevita Balenausori scored a try for the Navy.

Meanwhile, Police Women beat Striders 22- 17 while Army Red thrashed Central Brothers 27-7.
