Titans fullback Jarryd Hayne will not face his former club tonight and is ruled out of the Round 24 clash with an ankle injury.
While there has been plenty of speculation surrounding Hayne's future at the club this week, he was always in doubt to face the Eels.
Tyrone Roberts is the man most likely to start at fullback for Hayne, with Kane Elgey likely to be promoted to the starting side after being named on the interchange.
The Titans will take on the Eels at 9.50 tonight while the Rabbitohs will take on the Warriors at 8.
