Suva Grammar School will host the funeral and church service of the late Peli Osborne, coach of the school’s Under-18 Vodafone Deans winning team, with family, friends, colleagues and members of the school community expected to gather to honour his life and legacy.
A Celebration of Life will be held on Friday, 23 October 2026, at 10am at the Suva Grammar School Hall.
The funeral and burial will take place the following day, Saturday, 24 October, with Osborne’s body arriving at Suva Grammar School at 7am.
The funeral service will be held at the school at 8am, followed by his burial at Suva Cemetery at 11am.
Family and friends are invited to share a meal at the school hardcourt following the burial.
Osborne, who passed away last Saturday, will be remembered for his contribution to school rugby and his role in guiding Suva Grammar School’s Under-18 team to Vodafone Deans competition success.
