The woman who allegedly intentionally set fire to a property in Samabula on Christmas Eve last year, resulting in the death of a 19-year-old woman will take her plea on the 4th of September.
Reena Devi Chand, who is charged with one count of murder, appeared in the Suva High Court today.
The State has been given time to file the Information and disclosures.
Chand has been further remanded in custody.
