WAF to conduct smoke testing in Riffle Range from tomorrow to 22nd May
The Water Authority of Fiji will be carrying out smoke testing on sewer lines in the Riffle Range area from tomorrow until May 22nd, between 9am and 4.30pm.

WAF says this work is part of essential maintenance to improve wastewater services and detect illegal stormwater connections.

The Authority says smoke may be seen coming from external vent pipes and may also enter buildings if there are plumbing defects; however, the smoke is non-toxic and safe.

WAF says there will be minimal disruption and is kindly asking for the public’s cooperation as teams conduct these works in the area.
