The annual event recognised outstanding achievements across modelling, design and textile innovation, honouring individuals who have made significant contributions to Fiji’s growing fashion industry.
Mohammed Shameem was named Male Model of the Year, while Anushka Nand took home the prestigious Female Model of the Year Award following standout performances on the runway throughout the year.
Emerging designer Shane Laboriel was recognised as the FJFW Emerging Designer of the Year, highlighting his rising influence and promising future within the local fashion scene.
The award for Best Textile & Print was presented to Kui Viti, in recognition of the brand’s exceptional creativity and craftsmanship in textile design and print development.
One of the evening’s highest honours, the Chris Vanua Designer of the Year Award, was awarded to Jacque Whippy in recognition of excellence in fashion design and her continued contribution to the industry
Meanwhile, Jadeine Whiteside received the Managing Director’s Special Achievement Award, recognising her dedication, impact and achievements within the Fiji Fashion Week community.
The awards ceremony formed part of the Vodafone Fiji Fashion Week 2026 showcase, bringing together designers, models, industry professionals and fashion enthusiasts to celebrate the creativity, innovation and talent that continue to shape Fiji’s fashion industry.
