While speaking to fijivillage News from Vadodara, Superintendent of Police Sandeep Singh says they have arrested two of the individuals who had come in to carry out the contract killing, and based on their investigations, the Fijian businessman's name has surfaced in this case.

When questioned when they would be beginning the extradition process, Singh says they are doing all the things necessary, legally, for the purpose of their investigation.
