Two people were rushed to the Colonial War Memorial Hospital this morning following a truck crash on Vunakece Road in Namadi.
The driver and passenger were taken to the hospital following the accident.
The accident also caused traffic disruptions in the area.
Witnesses at the scene said the truck appeared to have veered off the road before colliding with a tree.
The front section of the truck sustained significant damage, with one side of the vehicle badly smashed.
The circumstances surrounding the crash have not yet been confirmed.
Questions have been sent to Police.
