Four men are in custody after they were found in possession of sachets and small plastic bags containing dried leaves believed to be marijuana following snap checks conducted along the Naweni Main Road in Cakaudrove.
Police say the checks were carried out by a joint team from the Fiji Police Force and the Republic of Fiji Military Forces under Operation Sasamaki.
The seized substances have been sent for analysis.
Police say joint operations continue to focus on both white and green drugs around the country.
