As a taxi controller for many years, Sisilia Lora has become more than just the voice behind the phones at Howell Road Taxis, she is a trusted figure for parents who rely on her to help ensure their children get home safely every day.
Speaking on fijivillage Her-Story with Temalesi Vono, Lora says she spends her days juggling six ringing phones, coordinating drivers and managing bookings.
Lora says she regularly reminds drivers to look after the children in their care and make sure they enter their homes safely before leaving.
