Sentencing hearing next month for woman who admitted negligence in child's death
The sentencing and mitigation hearing of the case where a woman's negligence caused the death of a three-year-old child will be held on the 2nd of July.

Susana Radinivulagi pleaded guilty to one count of manslaughter while Komal Sapna Singh pleaded not guilty to one count of manslaughter.

On the 29th of January 2026, Radinivulagi neglected to supervise the child in the course of her duty, which led to the child's death.
