Bollywood star Salman Khan is celebrating his 60th birthday today, and fans have more than one reason to rejoice, as the actor is set to mark the special day by sharing an update on his upcoming film, Battle of Galwan.
A source revealed that, as part of his birthday celebrations, the makers are expected to unveil a key asset from the film as a special treat for fans.
Salman first introduced his character from Battle of Galwan in September, sharing a first-look image on social media which featured the actor in an army uniform, with a moustache and an intense expression, standing on set with a clapperboard partially covering his face.
The patriotic drama is based on the 2020 Galwan Valley clash between Indian and Chinese troops.
Earlier this year, Salman also shared the film’s poster, which featured him in an army uniform with bloodstains on his face and a fierce expression.
Battle of Galwan stars Chitrangda Singh opposite Salman Khan and is directed by Apoorva Lakhia.
The film’s release date is yet to be announced.
