Isaia Ledua, who is accused of breaking and entering the RFMF armory, has been warned that a bench warrant could be issued if he fails to appear at the Suva High Court on 25th September.
Ledua is facing one charge of attempted aggravated burglary over allegations that he tried to break into the RFMF ammunition magazine building in Nabua between April 8th and 9th, damaging the door-lock keypad.
Suva High Court Judge Justice Dane Tuiqereqere adjourned the matter for a pre-trial conference checklist, agreed facts and disclosure of any outstanding material by the prosecution and defence.
The court was told that Ledua had been arrested the night before and was being held at the Nabua Police Station.
Ledua also has a separate matter before the Magistrates Court.
