Former Deputy Prime Minister Professor Biman Prasad's submissions on the no-case-to-answer application will be heard at the Suva Magistrates Court tomorrow afternoon.
This comes after FICAC rested their case after the court heard evidence from their three witnesses.
Professor Prasad's lawyer, Richard Naidu has also informed the court that they are seeking specific orders from the High Court with regards to their application for a permanent stay of proceedings.
He has told Suva Magistrate Yogesh Prasad that the matter will be heard in the High Court tomorrow morning.
Professor Prasad is charged with two offences relating to alleged non-disclosure in his 2015 statutory declaration while he was an office holder of the National Federation Party.
