The hearing for former Deputy Prime Minister Professor Biman Prasad and lawyer Tanya Waqanika's stay applications will be heard in the Suva High Court next Friday.
Their applications were filed before High Court Judge Justice Thushara Rajasinghe.
Justice Rajasinghe says since they were charged under the same act, he will hear it together.
He has asked the lawyers to make submissions on their applications.
This will be Professor Prasad’s third and Waqanika's second stay application.
Joseph Work and Susan Serukai are representing FICAC, Richard Naidu is representing Professor Prasad, while Samuela Savu appeared for Tanya Waqanika.
