The pre-trial conference for former Deputy Prime Minister, Manoa Kamikamica has been fixed for the 3rd of July.
Kamikamica appeared before Magistrate Charles Ratakele this morning.
Magistrate Ratakele was informed that FICAC had sent files to the wrong address instead of sending in to Kamikamica's counsel, Wylie Clarke.
The files are expected to be sent to Clarke today, who has sought for time to review it.
Kamikamica has elected for the trial to be heard in the Magistrates Court.
He had pleaded not guilty to perjury and giving false information to a public servant, while his trial date has been fixed for the 20th to the 23rd of July, 2026.
