Pita Naidrolevu has been appointed the new Tailevu Rugby Men’s Senior Team Manager, taking over the role previously held by the late Wame Bainivanua.
The Tailevu Rugby Football Union says Naidrolevu was appointed to the position by its Executive Committee as the Union continues preparations and development of its senior men’s team.
The Union says Naidrolevu takes on the responsibility with its trust and confidence and will work closely with the players, coaching panel, management and supporters.
It says his appointment also marks a new chapter for the senior team as he continues the work and legacy established by the late Bainivanua.
Tailevu Rugby says Bainivanua’s dedication, service and commitment to the Union left a lasting mark and will always be remembered and respected.
The Union says it is confident Naidrolevu will carry forward the same spirit of service and teamwork as he takes on his new role.
It has congratulated Naidrolevu on his appointment and wished him success as he leads the team with commitment, humility, unity and purpose.
