The 2026/2027 National Budget has been passed by Parliament.
This means the Bill to appropriate $4.237 billion for the ordinary services of Government for the financial year ending 31 July 2027 has been approved.
A total of 35 Members of Parliament voted in favour of the budget, while 10 voted against it and 10 abstained.
