The Mini Kulas are just one big win away from putting themselves in an excellent position to secure a semi-final spot at the OFC Women’s U-16 Championship in Honiara.

Fiji head into the match full of confidence following an impressive 11-0 victory over the Cook Islands in their opening match.

Adi Reva starred in the dominant opening performance, becoming the first Fijian player to score five goals in a single match at the tournament.

Head coach Nicola Demaine has urged her players to stay focused and not get carried away by the big opening win.

New Zealand will present a much tougher challenge, and Fiji will need another disciplined and clinical performance to secure a crucial victory.

A win today would put the Mini Kulas in a strong position to secure a place in the semi-finals.

Fiji face New Zealand at 5pm at the Solomon Islands National Stadium.

The Minis Kulas will play the Solomon Islands in their final pool match this Saturday at 8pm.

The semi-finals will be played next Wednesday, with the final scheduled for next Saturday.

The winner and runner-up will qualify for the FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup 2027.
