Mark Nawaqanitawase scored a double to help the Roosters defeat the Dolphins 36-20 and reach the NRL Grand Final for the first time in eight years.
The last time the Roosters made the Grand Final and won was in 2019, when they defeated the Canberra Raiders 14-8.
Sam Walker made a triumphant return from injury, scoring a try and converting two tries.
Other tries for the Roosters came from Victor Radley, Daniel Tupou, Robert Toia and Lindsay Collins.
The Roosters had too many weapons across the park, with Toia breaking eight tackles, Naufahu Whyte racking up 205 run metres, and Salesi Foketi and Reece Robson combining for 80 tackles.
In front of a sold-out crowd of 52,286, the Dolphins fought the game out to the end after making the finals for the first time in just their fourth season.
Jamayne Isaako scored a double, while Kulikefu Finefeuiaki and Herbie Farnworth scored a try each.
Meanwhile, the Panthers will face the Newcastle Knights at 6pm today.
