Nasinu urges residents to stop dumping in freshly cleaned areas

As waste collection efforts continue in the Tovata and Nepani areas, Nasinu Town Council is urging residents to refrain from dumping rubbish in areas that have just been cleaned.

The Council have also warned that fines will be issued to anyone caught dumping waste in breach of this notice.

They say responsible disposal also helps protect the environment by preventing waste from entering waterways.

The Council says this cooperation ensures a fair and efficient clean-up process across Nasinu.

They say proper waste disposal is essential to maintaining healthy communities, preventing blocked drains, reducing pests, and improving the appearance of public spaces.

Members of the public are encouraged to contact Nasinu Town Council through official channels for any questions or concerns.
