Three women have so far been identified in the initial investigation into an alleged human trafficking case, with Police Commissioner Rusiate Tudravu saying more victims may emerge as investigations continue.
Speaking to the media, Tudravu says Police have received two reports relating to the matter.
He says the investigation file for the first report has already been submitted to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, while the second report, which includes allegations against police officers, remains under investigation.

He says Police will only confirm information established through their investigations, despite other claims circulating publicly.
When questioned about reports that the women were being held at the Republic of Fiji Military Forces' Black Rock Camp in Nadi, Tudravu declined to comment on why they were taken there or the circumstances surrounding it.
He says he does not know the reason why they were taken there but confirms the women have provided statements to Police and investigations are continuing.
On allegations against police officers, Tudravu says he welcomes all complaints and assures the public that every report made against officers will be investigated.
He reiterates that one investigation file has already been submitted to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions, while the second remains under active investigation.
