Mexico secured a hard-fought 1-0 victory over South Korea in their FIFA World Cup Group A clash.
At halftime, both teams were level at nill-all.
South Korea pressed for an equaliser in the closing stages, but Mexico's defence stood strong to preserve the lead and claim all three points.
The victory boosts Mexico's chances of progressing from Group A, while South Korea will look to bounce back in their next match.
Meanwhile, in other matches South Africa and Czechia played out a 1-1 draw, Switzerland defeated Bosnia and Herzegovina 4-1, Canada thrashed Qatar 6-0, while Mexico edged South Korea 1-0 in their FIFA World Cup group matches.
Tomorrow's FIFA World Cup action will see the USA take on Australia at 7am, Scotland face Morocco at 10am, Brazil meet Haiti at 1pm, and Türkiye play Paraguay at 4pm Fiji time.
