Paula Caginicolo has been remanded by the Lautoka Magistrates Court for the alleged murder of a 38-year-old man.
He is alleged to have seriously assaulted the victim during a drinking party in Wairabetia, Lautoka, on the morning of last Thursday.
Caginicolo has been charged with one count of murder.
The matter will be called today for a bail hearing.
Meanwhile, investigations are continuing into the alleged involvement of three other suspects.
