Suva High Court Judge Justice Dane Tuiqereqere will give his judgment on 26th May on whether Apisai Madigibuli murdered his 25-year-old wife in 2024.
It is alleged that he killed his pregnant wife at an apartment in Waimanu, Suva, on the 26th of April, 2024.
Justice Tuiqereqere says he has pushed back the judgment as his ruling is not yet ready.
Madigibuli is charged with one count of murder.
