A trough of low pressure with associated cloud and showers continues to affect the eastern parts of Fiji and is expected to persist throughout the weekend.
Speaking to fijivillage News, the forecaster says the weather may not clear by Monday.
He says a Heavy Rain Alert or Warning has not been issued as the conditions involve only occasional showers.
The Nadi Weather Office urges everyone to prepare themselves accordingly.
