Hundreds of people turned up at the Lagilagi Housing Volleyball Court to be part of the Light Up Jittu Gospel Concert, as local artists and groups entertained the crowd with inspiring gospel performances.
Members of the community sang along and danced to various genres of gospel music in praise of God.
Games, activities and quizzes were also organised to ensure children were actively involved in the concert.Local artist Dua got the crowd on their feet with his gospel rap songs, delivering a performance that many in attendance had never experienced before.

Ratu also made an appearance during the event, performing several gospel covers.
He told the crowd that, having been born and raised in Raiwaqa, one of his long-held dreams was to see a gospel concert held in the area.
Ratu said events like this can inspire young people to become better individuals.
Reflecting on his early days growing up in Raiwaqa, he recalled the struggles he faced and thanked God for helping him overcome them.

Inspire Pacific founder Ben Morrison acknowledged the large turnout and said they are looking forward to organising another concert in the near future.
Other artists and groups that performed included the INC Dance Team, the Kauwai Choir, Kingdom Harmony Choir, King Easy, One Crew, Jumpah and Saiva.
