Krishna confident despite slow start for Bula FC in OFC Pro League
We’re not looking at the table at the moment because, personally, I think we are playing good football.

This was highlighted by the Extra Bula FC captain Roy Krishna as they prepare to face the Tahiti United FC tomorrow in the OFC Pro League.

Krishna says it’s still early in the competition.

The captain says they were a bit unlucky in the opening games, but there are still many matches to play.

He says their immediate focus is on the game against Tahiti, and they cannot look beyond that match.

He adds that they need the support of the “12th man”, and hopes fans will come out in large numbers to support the team.

The Bula FC currently sit second last on the league table with 9 points.

The Auckland FC leads the table with 19 points followed by South Melbourne FC with 18 points, Solomon Kings FC is third with 14 points and South Island FC is fourth with 10 points.

The Bula FC needs to be in the top 4 to directly qualify for the semi finals.

A total of eight teams are participating in the tournament.

They take on Tahiti United at 8pm tomorrow and South Island United on Wednesday at 4pm.

In other matches, South Island United face Hekari United at 4pm tomorrow and Solomon Kings play Auckland FC at 8pm tomorrow, while Vanuatu United will play South Melbourne at 4pm on Sunday.
