The Fiji Airways Fiji Men’s 7s side has spent the last few weeks working on areas they struggled with as they prepare for the World Championship Valladolid 7s tournament in Spain this weekend.
Head Coach Osea Kolinisau highlighted this from their base camp in Spain, saying they are making sure they have the right numbers at the breakdown, making the right decisions, whether to go for the ball or not to contest it.
Kolinisau also spoke about when they have more numbers, they tend to over-chase and talked about discipline as well.

He says they cannot play a man down because it shifts the momentum to the other team and to make sure they are not touching the man in the air, and justfocusing on their one-on-one tackles.

They then play the USA at 4.24am Saturday before facing hosts Spain at 12.12am Sunday.
