Two suspects have been questioned by Police on the cause of death of 45-year-old woman Mozmin Khan, whose body was discovered at the bottom of a hotel elevator shaft in Suva.
Police have confirmed to fijivillage News that the case is with the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions.
Khan had checked into the hotel a few days before her mysterious death.
Hotel staff informed fijivillage News that all security cameras in the corridors were non-functional, making it impossible to determine who placed her body there.
Khan’s body was found five days later when a foul odour was emanating from the elevator shaft, and was later noticed by staff at the hotel reception.
