i-Taukei students from Baulevu High School in Nausori have proved the actual meaning of unity in our multi-racial country as they were seen performing a Holi song at their school Holi celebration.

As thousands of Hindus celebrate Holi today, Baulevu High School students had great entertainment where students were dancing to a Hindi Holi song 'Rang Barse Bhige Chunar Wali', and played colours with their friends and teachers.

Holi is one of the many traditions and festivals that people celebrate together regardless of their religion, as it is a time to forget the past and difficulties and celebrate together.

The festival signifies the victory of good over evil.

Several Faag Mandali’s will be going house to house to celebrate the occasion.

Meanwhile, all Hindu schools are closed today for Holi celebrations.
