Govt decides to withdraw Access to Information, Code of Conduct and Accountability and Transparency Bills

The government has decided to withdraw the Access to Information Bill, Code of Conduct Bill and Accountability and Transparency Commission Bill.

This has been listed as a motion for the parliamentary sitting today.

Acting Attorney General, Siromi Turaga is expected to move the motion to withdraw these Bills.

fijivillage News has contacted Turaga on why these important Bills are being withdrawn.
