Fuel supply returns to normal in Taveuni as shipping resumes
The fuel shortage in Taveuni has eased following the resumption of shipping services to the island.

Speaking to fijivillage News, Suncity Supermarket owner Rohil Chaudhari says fuel supplies have now returned to normal, with service stations across the island fully stocked.

Chaudhari says another fuel shipment is expected to arrive tomorrow after the first shipment arrived last week.

He says other essential goods affected by the shipping disruption are also expected to be restocked over the next few days.

Chaudhari says with regular shipping services now restored, the island is expected to return to normal within the next week.
