People are still advised to be prepared for flash floods today to tomorrow as a trough of low pressure continues to affect Fiji, and there will be more rain as Tropical Depression which is located East of Vanuatu comes closer to the group.

The Nadi Weather Office says a flash flood warning is still in force for the whole of Fiji.

A heavy rain warning is also in force for the whole of Fiji.

Expect flooding of drainage systems, small streams, low water bridges, Irish crossings, roads and properties in low lying areas.

There is a low chance now of the Tropical Depression becoming a Tropical Cyclone.

However, the Weather Office advises people that they should be prepared for flash flooding.

The Nadi Weather Office has issued flood warnings for Nakauvadra River, Naseyani at the Yaqara River, Tavua at the Nasivi River, Tavua Town Bridge, Navala River, and Toge River in the Ba FSC Mill River area.
