Former Deputy Prime Minister Professor Biman Prasad will have his final pre-trial conference this Friday ahead of his trial.
Suva Magistrate Yogesh Prasad says the conference has been scheduled to ensure the trial runs smoothly and there are no issues.
Magistrate Prasad also questioned when the list of witnesses would be provided to the defence so they are not surprised by any witness.
FICAC lawyer Joseph Work says he will provide the list by Wednesday.
Work says every relevant document that the State is relying on has been disclosed.
FICAC will call four witnesses and rely on six documentary evidence.
The trial is scheduled to run from next Monday to Friday.
FICAC alleges that on or about 30th December 2015, Professor Prasad failed to declare his directorship in Platinum Hotels & Resorts PTE Limited in his declaration of assets, liabilities and income submitted to the Registrar of Political Parties, allegedly breaching the Political Parties Act.
He is also charged with providing false information in a statutory declaration, with FICAC claiming that the omission of the directorship made the declaration materially false.
