The McDonald’s Fiji Drua Women’s side will be aiming for a win this Saturday when they take on the Reds, as victory would secure them a home semi-final.
Speaking after their 42-25 win over the Brumbies in Ba, coach Mike Legge said the equation is simple for his side—they must win to bring the semi-final home for their supporters.
He said it will be another huge week of training, during which the team will review their performance and work on areas that need improvement.
Legge has urged the players to remain consistent.
The Drua Women lead the Super Rugby Women’s standings with nine points, followed closely by the Waratahs on eight points, while the Western Force sit third with five points.
The Brumbies are fourth with four points, while the Reds are at the bottom of the standings with two points.
The Drua Women will face the Reds at 4.05pm on Saturday at Kingsway Sports Complex in Perth.
