Drikibau back for Fiji Pearls for Spirit Series

Former Suva Grammar School student Elina Drikibau returns to the Fiji Pearls netball squad, joining Antolia Nuku, Jima Kete and Vuta Tokaduadua in the midcourt for the Spirit Series.

Drikibau made her debut for Fiji in 2022 at just 17 years old during the Nations Cup in Singapore.

She hails from Toki Village in Ovalau and shares maternal links to Vanuabalavu.

Esther Dawai, Leehava Saverio, Matila Vocea, and Nina Nakula are the shooters.

In defence, the team features Alisi Naqiri, Elenoa Gukirewa, Kalesi Tawake and Nani Waqaira.

The non-travelling reserves are Robyn Navoka (shooter), Susana Rasaubale (midcourt) and Eseta Waqaira (defence).

The Fiji Pearls will be coached by Michelle Parsons.

The tournament will be held from July 8th to 11th in Sydney, Australia.
