Defending champions Labasa will face Nasinu, Suva and Navua in Pool A of the Extra Battle of the Giants tournament.
Pool B features Extra Premier League champions Ba, along with Rewa, Lautoka and Nadi.
The Battle of the Giants pool matches will be held from 4th to 6th September, with the semi-finals and final taking place on the 12th and 13th at 4R Stadium, Govind Park.
