Coral Coast 7s: Yaro Chiefs to Meet Ravuka Sharks in Men’s final

The stage is set for an epic finish at the McDonald’s Coral Coast Fiji 7s this afternoon at Lawaqa Park, with all three finals confirmed across the Men’s, Youth, and Women’s divisions.

In the Men’s Final, Yaro Chiefs will take on the Ravuka Sharks at 5.35pm.

Yaro Chiefs secured their place after a thrilling 17–12 extra-time win over Police Blue in the first semi-final,a huge achievement for the village based team.

Ravuka Sharks edged out the Mike Friday Select 7s 14–12 in a tight second semi-final.

In the Youth final, Birdland Brothers will face Village Boys after semi-final wins over Taveuni Grassroots and Saint Theresa respectively.

In the Women’s division, Fijiana 7s will take on China 1.

Fijiana beat the Briars 12–5 in the semis, while China 1 cruised past China 2 with a 24–0 win.

All finals will be played this afternoon, with the Youth final at 5.05pm and the Women’s final at 4.35pm.
