Concerned citizen calls for action as wrecked vehicle remains on roadside

A concerned citizen is calling on authorities to remove a wrecked vehicle that has been left blocking a lane after Nabua Bus Stop and before the Shalimar Junction, raising safety concerns for motorists and pedestrians.

The citizen says the vehicle, which was involved in an accident on Friday, has remained at the site for four days and is creating a dangerous situation, especially for drivers travelling at night.

He says the damaged vehicle is blocking an entire lane and there are no warning cones or signs around the area to alert motorists, making it difficult for drivers to navigate safely.

The citizen says the situation could lead to another accident and may also contribute to traffic congestion along the busy route.

He is urging the relevant authorities to take action and remove the vehicle from the roadside as soon as possible.

The public is also being reminded to remain alert and drive carefully when using the route, particularly at night.

Meanwhile, questions have been sent to Police.
