The trial for Anare Vuli Cilicewa, who has been charged with the murder of his 28-year-old defacto partner in October last year, will start on April 1st.
Cilicewa appeared before Suva High Court Judge Pita Bulamainaivalu this morning.
State Counsel Hezekiah Noufaga informed the court that Rukalesi Uce will be taking over the case and they will be finalising their list of witnesses on Friday for this case.
Defence counsel, Manisha Singh had no objections to this, informing the court that they are ready to go to trial.
