People in several parts of the Central Division are expected to face water disruptions today following a burst main at the junction of Ratu Dovi Road and Kings Road.

The Water Authority of Fiji says affected areas include Damu Road in Nepani, Nadawa Road, Mandir Road, Maqbool Road, areas along Ratu Dovi Road, Qarase Road, Church Street, Reba Circle, Visako Circle, Kabote Street, the Kinoya Wastewater Treatment Plant, and Soqe Place.

WAF says the disruption started at 10am this morning and is expected to continue until 5pm today.

It says repairs and maintenance are scheduled to be completed by 5.30pm, with water supply to be gradually restored afterwards.

WAF is asking for public patience while repair works are carried out.

Customers needing assistance can call 5777 or email contact@waf.com.fj.
