Blackrock Medical Centre to serve security forces during drug operations, temporarily closed to civilians
In support of its joint illicit drug operations with the Fiji Police Force, the Blackrock Medical Centre in Votualevu, Nadi will be designated to support the care and treatment of security personnel during these operations.

A government statement says the Republic of Fiji Military Forces has given this advise to the Ministry of Health.

The Health Ministry says the Blackrock Medical Centre will be temporarily closed to all civilians until further notice.

They say all civilian patients will be redirected to seek medical care at Nadi Hospital and Nadi Health Centre (Sarada Building in Nadi Town).
