More than 5,000 people visited the event today, with crowds treated to a mix of international acts and local musical talent, with Duo AussieBela impressing audiences with their breathtaking acrobatic and aerial performances.
Local favourites Tauvu Tribute then raised the energy levels with an entertaining set before Savu ni Delai Lomai closed the evening with a string of popular local hits, bringing an exciting first day of the annual event to an end.
The excitement continues tomorrow, with gates opening at 10am and closing at 10pm.
At the Vodafone External Entertainment Stage, visitors can catch another performance by international acrobatic and aerial performers Duo AussieBela from 1.30pm to 2pm.
ManaVa Performing Arts will then take centre stage from 3pm to 3.30pm, followed by a special performance from VITI FM's own Back to Front band from 4pm to 4.30pm.
The renowned Vou Dance Group will entertain crowds from 6pm to 7pm before Duo AussieBela returns for another spectacular performance from 7pm to 8pm.
Popular local group CIWA Band will then close the evening's entertainment programme with their well-known hits from 8pm to 9pm.
Meanwhile, at the Lenyes Internal Entertainment Stage, Brazilian juggler Piva will perform from 12pm to 12.30pm and again from 7.30pm to 8pm, offering fun-filled entertainment for children and visitors of all ages.
Apart from the entertainment, Fiji Showcase 2026 continues to offer a wide variety of food, delicacies and shopping opportunities, giving families plenty to enjoy throughout the day.
Organisers are encouraging members of the public to come along and experience the entertainment, exhibitions, food and shopping on offer at Fiji Showcase 2026 at the Vodafone Arena.
