Yash Raj Films has released the teaser for Alpha, the latest addition to its Spy Universe, featuring Alia Bhatt in the lead role.
The teaser introduces the origin story of a young assassin played by Alia, who is raised and trained to kill by her father, portrayed by Bobby Deol.
Set within the YRF Spy Universe, the film follows Alia's character as she embarks on her first mission after being selected for Alpha, a secret training programme for the next generation of Indian soldiers.
The teaser showcases high-octane action sequences and stunt scenes, while also hinting at the role of co-star Sharvari, whose character is yet to be officially revealed.
According to Yash Raj Films, Alpha is a female-led action entertainer that celebrates the strength and determination of its two lead characters.
Alpha also stars Bobby Deol and Anil Kapoor in key roles and is scheduled for a worldwide release on the 3rd of July, 2026.
