Youths For Integrity Fiji will produce materials for social media to combat corruption.

In an effort to combat corruption, Youths For Integrity Fiji will be producing material through dances, songs and posters in a creative way for social media to spread the message of anti-corruption.

Integrity Fiji Executive Director Joseph Veramu says the workshop today was for the youths get familiarized with the Sustainable Development Goals and the United Nations Convention against Corruption.

Veramu says once they are familiarized with this, it will be easy for them to produce the material.

He says their project will be a way of saying No To Corruption and Yes To Integrity.

Veramu says this will be a very active way of trying to get their messages across because everytime they post something on social media, they get thousands of reactions.

There were also presentations by the United Nations Development Program and the Fiji Procurement Office on the Sustainable Development Goals and the United Nations Convention against Corruption.

This project is done by Integrity Fiji with the support from UK Aid and UNDP.
